Maintenance

All apartment homes will have a full turnkey performed. This includes checks by our maintenance staff, painting along with apartment and carpet cleanings.

No! That is one of the many benefits of apartment living. Our service team are able to enter your home when you are not there to perform the service needed. They will leave a summary of work performed as they leave.

We do offer on-site maintenance during the weekdays and after hours emergency maintenance to cover evenings and weekend.

You have the ability to enter your service request online 24/7 through our Resident Portal. You can also call or stop by the office to submit your request.

We are able to let you in your apartment during business hours with proper photo ID. If it is after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

All maintenance emergencies should be called in. You will simply call the office number and follow the prompts for a maintenance page-out for one of our service technicians. They will get back to you promptly.

Amenities

Yes! We will over open parking, paid covered parking and there are limited garages available.

Our community will boast 2 buildings with Retail and Restaurants on the lower level. We will also offer a refreshing resort style pool, bocce ball court, pickleball court, grilling area and pet park/spa.

Yes! We are pet friendly with the customary restrictions.

Our apartment homes will come furnished with full size w/d, side by side refrigerators, stove, dishwasher and OTR microwaves.

While our community will not offer furnished apartments, we can recommend a reputable company for furnishing.

Parking is available throughout the community. Resident will have the option to pay monthly for covered parking or garage.

We have a 2 pet limit for our apartment homes.

Admin

Once you complete your ID and employment verification, we can typically have your application approved within 48-72 hours. The extra timing can be due to verification of rental history.

You can set up auto-pay with a banking account or credit card. Only certified funds are accepted, no money orders.

The community will an internet package through AT&T. Residents will have the option to add to this package.

Valid government photo ID and verifiable proof of income are necessary.

Rent is due on the first. The grace period before late fees are applied will be spelled out in the rental agreement.

The community charges $75/person for application fee along with a per apartment $250/ admin fee. The guest will pay Clear 100 directly for ID and Employment Verifications.

Location

Bay District Schools include West Bay Elementary, Surfside Middle School, and J.R Arnold High School.

Aside from the retail and restaurants located within Vintage Lake Powell Apartments, we are located next door to a Publix shopping center.

Directions

We are located on the Panama City Beach side of the bridge that heads into 30A.
